creating adaptable routines
knowing what is important when life gets hectic
when i set my intention for the next three months (q2, april to june) one of the ideas i used to describe how i’m ready to feel was “chaotic-good”. no matter where you are in your life or what you have coming up, creating a system that will enable your routines to be adaptable is so important.
it’s important because when the time comes that things get a little chaotic, you’re probably going to want to have a system in place to support that. having an adaptable routine doesn’t mean having five different routine layouts based on different things that could come up in your life. it’s about creating systems that will help you release your norms so that you can build something more sustainable for yourself at the moment when these hectic times visit you.
