a friend of mine recently moved abroad to start a new chapter in her life for med school. my friends and i have been using letterloop which i talked about in my last paid edition, it’s basically a way to stay in touch with family and friends that are away from each other in a meaningful way (it’s like a newsletter where the content is your friends' updates).

i bring this up because one of the things my friend asked in our last update was if anyone had any tips and recipes for starting completely fresh in the cooking department.

when i feel lost in life, i generally find myself again through cooking. there is nothing like making a good, flavourful & well-rounded meal for myself.

having a well-stocked kitchen can make the biggest difference when it comes to putting together meals when work, school, and life is stressful. it’s just one less thing to think about.
