q4 quarterly reset

preparing for the last quarter of 2023

fall is here at last. it feels pretty surreal to be sitting here writing about preparing for the last quarter of the year.

i’m actually looking forward to looking back and reviewing the year. so much has happened for me and i’ve been able to document it in a completely new way due to these quarterly resets.

q3 was interesting for me. it somehow merged change and comfort for me. the change of coming back to my home after a long trip and the comfort of spending time in the city i had moved from back in january.

i have been feeling very isolated in my thoughts lately. i don’t know what to do with them and thinking too hard about them overwhelms me in a way that impacts me more physically than i’d like. i need to dedicate a specific time to just sit down and reflect.
